A Butterfly Past Life
Updated: Aug 23, 2020
Today I had the honor of working with a thirteen-year-old girl who was interested in learning who she may have been in a past life. Up until today, I have only worked with adults all who were able to access past lives and the experience they had while in trance has allowed a window into themselves.
Today I had the honor of working with a thirteen-year-old girl who was interested in learning who she may have been in a past life. Up until today, I have only worked with adults all who were able to access past lives, and the experience they had while in trance has allowed a window into themselves.
I apply relaxation and visualization techniques to bring the client into a deeply relaxed state where the client is able to connect with the subconscious mind and explore a previous lifetime. After 20-30 minutes of these applied techniques, this is the scene that plays out.
Anastasia: Three, two, one. Be there now. (Pause) Look down at your feet and describe what you see.
Seraphine: I can't see my feet.
Anastasia: Look around you, what do you see?
Seraphine: I see lots of colors, I see flowers, I am fluttering.
Anastasia: Go inside and describe what you feel at this moment.
Seraphine: I feel white balls of light in my stomach, like butterflies.
Anastasia: Can you see yourself?
Seraphine: I am pink and blue, I have wings. (Pause) I am...I am a butterfly. (Seraphine now smiling)
Anastasia: You are a butterfly! What are you doing?
Seraphine: I am fluttering above the flowers, moving from one flower to the next.
Seeing how much Seraphine was enjoying this experience I gave her time to fully enjoy.
Anastasia: I am going to be quiet now so that you may once again enjoy this lifetime.
Ten minutes later I called Seraphine back to her present self, body and lifetime.
Anastasia: Welcome back.
Seraphine: That was fun! (sad expression) I didn't want to come back.
Anastasia: I understand, but now you can apply all that you learned as a butterfly as well as integrate butterfly energy and power into this present lifetime as Seraphine.
Seraphine: Yes (big smile)
Three months later Seraphine decided to raise caterpillars and release butterflies back into nature.
