A session consists of using proven hypnotherapeutic techniques such as progressive relaxation, direct suggestion, guided imagery, and active imagination in order to tap into your subconscious mind. I work with you in this powerful hypnotic state to help you accomplish your goals and to create the changes you desire. A free 30-minute consultation is essential your first session.
